Project description:
In conjunction with the Regional Centre for Neighbourhood Renewal, LES undertook an evaluation of the NDC programme in Shoreditch. The role of LES in relation to the evaluation was to focus on the effectiveness of management arrangements that were established for the NDC programme. The evaluation involved both desk research in relation to the NDC programme policies, programmes and procedures and also included a series of face to face interviews with Board Members, senior management, officers responsible for programme delivery and key staff from partner organisations. The face to face interview programme focused on the following key areas:
- Partnership
- Resident involvement
- Equality
- Operation of the management Board
- Programme and delivery
- Stakeholders and agencies
- Lesson learnt / best practice
